In order to apply to join the FEN, a member must:

• Have provided financial education or counseling in the past 12 months.
• Be an established not-for-profit, for-profit, or government entity providing financial education or counseling at low or no cost.
• Be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
