E-Apply

E-Apply is an online permit application. To apply for a street activity permit, go to E-Apply.

You will be asked to create an account and fill out a questionnaire regarding your requested permit. The application process is complete once you pay a non-refundable processing fee ($20.00 for Open Culture Event, $25.00 for all other event types) by credit or debit card.
