The recovery efforts supported by CDBG-DR provide many contracting opportunities for New Yorkers. On this page you can find information on the City's procurement policies as well as links to contracting opportunities.
The City and its many partner agencies administering NYC’s CDBG-DR funds must adhere to both federal and local procurement rules. In practice, this means all fully and partially CDBG-DR-funded contracts, no matter the contracting agency, must be procured according to the federal standards at 2 CFR 200 and all applicable Federal Register Notices for grantees receiving funds under the Disaster Relief Appropriations Act 2013, in addition to NYC’s Procurements Policy Board rules.
