Mayor's Office of Management and Budget (OMB):

The Mayor's Office of Management and Budget (OMB) serves as grant manager for the City's allocations of Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Funding (CDBG), CDBG-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and CDBG National Disaster Resiliency (CDBG-NDR) funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). OMB works directly with City agencies and local partners to carry out eligible projects funded by each of these grant streams.
