Community Board 4 (the full board) meets on the third Wednesday of the month from September to June at 6pm in the Hope Gardens Older Adult Center at 195 Linden Street and via Zoom (registration required to participate virtually). The board is on recess during July and August. At these meetings, board members address items of concern to the community. Board meetings are open to the public and a portion of each meeting is reserved for the Board to hear from members of the public. See the public hearing and regular meeting newsletter below.

Community Board 4 also hosts a District Service Cabinet meeting on the second Wednesday of the month at 10:30am. Agency liaisons and elected officials/their representatives are invited to share updates and important announcements. The District Manager similarly reports on any issues that need additional attention from city agencies and/or local elected officials.
