    You can schedule an appointment to replace a food protection certificate here: Scroll down to "Health Academy Training Courses" and select the box, then scroll down to the bottom and hit Continue.
    The cost is $16.00.

    On the date of your appointment, you will go to:

    NYC Health Academy
    Riverside Health Center, 2nd floor
    160 West 100th Street
    Manhattan

      Your food protection certificate does not expire or need to be renewed. You can use it at any food establishment in New York City with a valid permit from the NYC Health Department.
