"The next bill before me is Introductory Number 1110, sponsored at the request of the Administration by Council Members Weprin and Fidler.

"Introductory Number 1110 extends the date for the completion of the Preliminary Budget by twelve days, from January 16th to January 28th and also makes corresponding adjustments for the other Charter mandated actions required during the budget process.  This action is necessary so the City can further refine its Fiscal Year 2011 budget proposal prior to submission.

"I would like to thank the Office of Management and Budget and the City Council for their work on this bill."
