Hudson Yards Rezoning Document Archives

Manhattan Community Board No. 4 was actively involved in the ULURP process that culminated in the 2005 rezoning of the Hudson Yards area. Throughout 2004 and 2005, the Board commented repeatedly on the evolving rezoning and reviewed numerous related documents. Many of those documents and the Board's responses can be found below. However, this is just a small sample, as the complete archives fill an entire filing cabinet. Anyone doing research into the rezoning is invited to make an appointment to view the paper archives, which include, among other things, earlier drafts and modifications of many of these documents, as well as significantly more detailed financial information.
