Greater East Midtown Rezoning - Final Environmental Impact Statement

On May 26, 2017, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a PDF Document Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Greater East Midtown Rezoning proposal.

A public hearing on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, April 26th, 2017, at 10:00 AM in Spector Hall, at the Department of City Planning located at 22 Reade Street, New York, New York 10007, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission's citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. The public hearing also consider a modification to the Proposed Action, (ULURP No. N 170186 (A) ZRM). Written comments on the DEIS were requested and accepted by the Lead Agency until Monday, May 8th, 2017. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
