Boulevard at Hylan Plaza Proposal - Final Environmental Impact Statement

On May 12, 2017, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Boulevard at Hylan Plaza proposal.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, at 10:00 am at Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, New York, in Manhattan, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Written comments on the DEIS were requested and were received and considered by the Lead Agency until September 6, 2016 the 10th calendar day following the close of the public hearing.
