Hon. Kevin Casey was appointed to the position of Administrative Law Judge at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) in November 2004. He is an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School, where he teaches Appellate Advocacy. For nearly two decades, he was an attorney with The Legal Aid Society in New York where he was a supervisor in the Criminal Appeals Bureau. He previously worked as a CPA for a large public accounting firm and as a forensic accountant for Kings County District Attorney’s Office.
Judge Casey received his B.A. from Fordham University and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School.
