Our Partners

NY Connects is a partnership of several key community and government based partner agencies that together collaborate to create a system known throughout New York State, as the No Wrong Door (NWD) network. The NY Connects program in New York City is administered by the New York City Department for the Aging.

Community Partners

The following government agencies have partnered with NY Connects to create a seamless, No Wrong Door:
