JUST RELEASED: 2023 Comp Mod Notice of Intent - Design and Construction Services for In-Unit Renovations for Gowanus Houses and Wyckoff Gardens
NYCHA’s Comprehensive Modernization Department has released a Notice of Intent (NOI) in advance of the anticipated February 2023 release of a Request for Qualifications as part of a two-step procurement for design and construction services at two developments in Brooklyn: Gowanus Houses and Wyckoff Gardens Houses. We are excited to commence this project as part of the Gowanus Neighborhood Rezoning Plan, which has been funded by the City of New York with additional funds allocated by the State of New York.
