The Language Access Plan for the Mayor's Office for People with Disabilities (MOPD) has been prepared in accordance with Local Law 30 of 2017 and outlines MOPD's current and planned actions to improve access to programs and services by limited-English proficient (LEP) individuals.

Disability Services Facilitator

New York City agencies are required to appoint a Disability Service Facilitator (DSF) in efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under the ADA and other federal state and local laws and regulations concerning accessibility for persons with disabilities.
