As the City moves towards greater centralization of procurement processes through the expansion of PASSPort, many HHS Accelerator functionalities have moved from the HHS Accelerator platform to PASSPort. Two functions that have moved to PASSport are: 

• Submitting Your Application for Prequalification. Please note: Historical prequalification data completed in HHS Accelerator is still available for you to view.
• Competing for Funding. Please note: Historical RFP and proposal data completed in HHS Accelerator is still available for you to view.
