The NYC Immigrant Information Desk, a joint initiative of MOIA and the New York City Council, provides three hubs where immigrant New Yorkers can receive information about City services and referrals.
Services include immigration legal services, social services/case management, eviction prevention, workforce development, health insurance navigation, and more.
The NYC Immigrant Information Desk is in partnership with the following service providers: Brooklyn Alliance, CAMBA, Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New York, Catholic Migration Services, Center for Family Representation, City University of New York/LaGuardia Community College, New York Legal Assistance Group, Public Health Solutions, and South Asian Council for Social Services. The Desks are administered by MOIA in coordination with the Human Resources Administration, IDNYC, Small Business Services, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the Department of Youth and Community Development.
