CA Interview Instructions

Once you've submitted your application or recertification for Cash Assistance, you must have an interview. Please call On Demand at 929-273-1872, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM to complete your interview by phone. Remember to upload your documents using the ACCESS HRA app before calling for your interview. You may get benefits faster by completing your interview sooner. You also have the right to visit a Benefit Access Center and request assistance with an in-center phone interview or an in-person interview. Find your closest Benefits Access Center here.
