Grace is the Senior Director of Capital Projects at the Public Design Commission. She oversees and provides guidance to the design review team and is responsible for reviewing high-priority City capital projects, managing interagency collaborations as well as developing policies and programs for implementation across New York City. With over 15 years of experience leading public and private projects through the planning and design phase, she is passionate about leading projects focused on waterfront and resiliency designs, neighborhood revitalization, and campus developments. Grace received her Masters’ in Urban Planning from Columbia University, where she has also taught, and has an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
