    Steps to apply in person:

    Scale and measuring devices must be inspected before use. On-premises inspections are conducted for rack meter delivery systems and require an appointment. Call 311 to schedule an appointment with DCWP. Device and fuel truck testing are conducted at DCWP's Testing Station, located at the address below, on weekdays between 9:00am and 2:00 pm.
