State Liquor Authority

This license allows the sale of wine and beer (but not liquor) for on-premises consumption. This license is for establishments that do not operate as restaurants with a full kitchen. This license is issued by the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA).



A business must have a space to prepare food and serve food to be eligible.

Businesses may sell unopened beer for off-site consumption. The license is available seasonally.
