A Raw Milk Dealer License is required for dairy farmers to sell raw milk directly to the public. This license is issued by the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets.
Raw milk is unpasteurized and / or un-homogenized milk that may or may not be organic. This permit is required for any amount of raw milk.
