Before you submit your application

    Before you can register for this class and apply for a mobile food vending license, you must obtain your New York State Certificate of Authority to Collect Sales Tax.  The address on the Certificate must match that of the applicant for which an application is being submitted.

      Please note, when you register for this course, you must also apply for a Mobile Food Vendor license.  Please complete the license application and note the additional fee that will be required. You will be scheduled for a class when you submit the license application and separate payments for the course fee and the license fee.

        You must provide a valid government issued photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, employment authorization card).

          There is a fee of $53.00.
