Are you a victim of Abuse?

You are if your partner or family member has been emotional or physically abusive.

Emotional : Blaming, Calling You Names, Putting You Down, Controlling.

Physical: Pushing, Shoving, Kicking, Choking, Biting , Punching, Using an object or weapon to hurt or threaten you.
