Production Issues

Open a ticket with the CityWide Service Desk.

  1. If you have access to Cityshare, open the ticket through My Desk.
  2. If you don't have access to Cityshare, and therefore My Desk, call the Citywide Service Desk.

! IMPORTANT: All tickets should be assigned to DoITT Portal Support.

Features & Enhancements

Email your feature request to nycidintegration@doitt.nyc.gov.

User Support

  1. When a user clicks the "Report an Issue" link, the NYC.ID Feedback page displays. The user must select the correct application from the drop-down menu, and submit his or her issue.
  2. Your agency will receive the feedback, and should provide first-level user support.
  3. If your agency needs additional help from DoITT, open a ticket with the CityWide Service Desk.
    1. If you have access to Cityshare, open the ticket through My Desk.
    2. If you don't have access to Cityshare, and therefore My Desk, call the Citywide Service Desk.
