Dear NYC Nightlife Community,

Thank you to those who joined us for the Office of Nightlife Multi-Agency Town Call
for New Indoor/Outdoor Dining Guidelines and Regulations. If you were unable to join us, you may now watch a recording of the webinar on YouTube as well as our Facebook page

The Office of Nightlife has partnered with the NYC Department of Small Business Services' Food and Beverage Industry Partnership to compile this Multi-Agency FAQ for Indoor and Outdoor Dining Guidelines and Regulations to supplement existing guidance from the Mayor's Office and multiple City agencies.

Thank you to our partner City agencies, who are working hard to ensure that the information and support provided by the City meet the needs of its business owners and operators.

Please remember that while we remain vigilant in the face of COVID-19 in New York City,
indoor dining remains at 25% occupancy for now.

Lastly, please note that we are still awaiting additional guidance on the winterization of outdoor dining barriers and other structural elements, as well as the announced expansion of Open Restaurants seating to adjacent properties' frontage. Once this additional guidance is finalized, we will add it to this FAQ webpage and get the updated information to you immediately.

Stay strong and safe,

Ariel Palitz
