NYC Department of Transportation Updates
Learn about the City’s Open Restaurant Program at nyc.gov/openrestaurants. If you own a business that plans on providing outdoor dining, you must affirm that you have read and understand the State-issued guidelines through the Open Restaurant Program.
These guidelines and requirements may change, so please check the New York Forward site regularly. If you are unclear if your business is allowed to reopen, you can use this tool to check. |

Multi-agency One-Stop Shop Website for Reopening and Open Streets
The NYC Department of Small Business Services, in partnership with other City agencies, has developed a multi-agency one-stop shop for all information on the restaurant industry's reopening at nyc.gov/restaurantreopening

The NYC Office of Special Enforcement is sharing helpful tips for operators that inspections officers use to identify common violations during routine inspections of restaurants and bars opening and operating with outdoor seating.
