Dear Fellow New Yorker,
This past week, Mayor Adams visited the Nur Al-Islam mosque and the American Muslim Center in Queens with interfaith leaders to join the community and express a message of solidarity. As we enter the month of Ramadan, we want to wish our Muslim New Yorkers a happy and prosperous Ramadan. Ramadan Mubarak!
Mayor Adams also hosted a roundtable meeting with African American community leaders from the Bronx. The African American leadership included clergy, business leaders, and community leaders. It was an opportunity to meet with them to discuss ways we can continue serving our city together. Finally, we wish all Hindu New Yorkers a Happy Maha Shivaratri!
