STATEMENT FROM MAYOR MICHAEL R. BLOOMBERG ON RESIGNATION OF MAYOR'S OFFICE OF INDUSTRIAL AND MANUFACTURING BUSINESSES DIRECTOR CARL HUM

"As the Bloomberg Administration's first Director of the Mayor's Office of Industrial and Manufacturing Businesses, Carl Hum led our efforts to create sixteen Industrial Business Zones throughout the city and develop a package of tax incentives for manufacturers. Carl also managed our eleven Empire Zones to help small growing businesses take advantage of valuable State tax credits.

"I would like to thank Carl for all of his hard work, and I am glad that he will continue working with us to serve our City's businesses as President of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce."
