"We are appreciative that Zurich American Insurance Company and the Employers Insurance of Wausau have stepped forward and clarified that the Conceptual Framework signed in April will not serve as an impediment to the ultimate resolution of how much insurance money will be provided to rebuild the World Trade Center site.  The expeditious rebuilding of the World Trade Center site is too important to Lower Manhattan, New York City and the country to let hair-splitting legal arguments to get in the way. 

"I urge the remaining insurance carriers to follow Zurich's lead so that we can continue to move full steam ahead with the rebuilding."
