First contact your cable television service provider. If you cannot resolve the problem with your Cable TV provider, use the online cable complaint form.

How can I make a general complaint about my gas, electric, steam, telecommunications, water, or cable utilities?
If complaining to utility company or cable provider doesn't result in a resolution to your problems, visit the New York State Public Service Commission website. In the case of cable complaints, you can also use NYC.gov's online cable complaint form.
