Free and Confidential Clinics

STD clinics now offer Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) for HIV exposure. Visit the PEP page for more information and to see if you qualify, or visit one of the STD clinics listed below.

Health Department STD clinics provide free or low-cost HIV and STD services. Patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. No appointment is necessary.

Clinic services include STD services for patients with symptoms or at risk of exposure, Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) for patients at risk of HIV exposure, emergency contraception, HIV counseling and rapid testing. STD clinics also offer vaccines for Meningitis, Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B, as well as screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment (SBIRT) for alcohol and drug use.

People in need of primary care only (including a routine STD checkup) will be referred to low- or no-cost services. The number of patients admitted to each clinic depends on clinician availability each day, so some clinics may stop taking patients before closing time.

Please Note: Staring the First week of January 2015 the Jamaica STD clinic will be open to the public on Monday through Friday schedule.

Please Note: Starting the First week of January 2015 the Corona STD clinic will be open to the public on Wednesday and Friday schedule.
