| Sell to NYC |
| Each year, the City of New York procures billions of dollars worth of goods and services to serve its citizens, visitors,
and guests. This site provides vendors information needed to start selling to NYC, including information on enrolling as a
new vendor, becoming certified as an M/WBE, non-profit assistance, and current contracting opportunities.

| Vendor Enrollment |
| The Vendor Enrollment Center (VEC) maintains centralized Bidders Lists of vendors that have registered with most City agencies
to sell specific products and/or services. Vendors enroll in the Bidders Lists that correspond to their respective areas of
business. Vendors interested in enrolling in the Bidders Lists can do so through the City's Payee Information Portal (PIP).
For most procurements above the micropurchase limit (currently $5,000), procurement rules require agencies to send notices
of upcoming contracting opportunities either to all or to a random subsample of the vendors contained in applicable Bidders
Lists.
