| Federal and state laws require the Office of Payroll Administration to implement support collection orders against affected
City employees.

| Child Support Direct Deposit |
| Child support payments deducted from City employees' pay may now be directly deposited into a petitioner's account at no charge. |

| Garnishments |
| The Office of Payroll Administration will garnish 10 percent of a City employee's gross salary if requested to do so by the
City Marshal or the Office of the Sheriff.
