New York Hall of Science
Visit New York City's largest collection of hands-on and interactive scientific and technical exhibits.
New York Public Library
Library services are provided through three independent systems: the Brooklyn Public Library, the New York Public Library and the Queens Borough Public Library. These systems operate 87 local library branches throughout the City and four research library centers in Manhattan. The libraries offer free and open access to books, periodicals, electronic resources and non-print materials. Reference and career services; Internet access; and educational, cultural, and recreational programming for adults, young adults, and children are also provided. The libraries’ collections include 377 electronic databases and more than 65 million books, periodicals and other circulating and reference items.
New York Public Library Picture Collection Online
The Picture Collection Online is an image resource site for those who seek knowledge and inspiration from visual materials. It is a collection of 30,000 digitized images from books, magazines, and newspapers, as well as original photographs, prints and postcards, mostly created before 1923.

Founded in 1971, PS1 Contemporary Art Center is one of the largest and oldest arts organizations in the United States solely devoted to contemporary art.
Poets House
Poets House in Downtown Manhattan is a poetry archive, literary center, and meeting place that houses over 50,000 volumes of poetry.
Queens Library
The Queens Library provides an online catalog, activities for kids and teens, online research, and an events calendar in a variety of languages.
The Queens Museum of Art
The Queens Museum of Art presents artistic and educational programs and exhibitions that directly relate to the contemporary urban life of its constituents.

Over five million records from the Public Library's research libraries is searchable online through CATNYP.
The Science, Industry, and Business Library
The New York Public Library's center for business and science research also includes a small business resource center.
Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture
The Public Library's center for research on the culture of African Americans, the Schomburg Center has art, artifacts, performances, rare books, moving images, and photographs; the website provides online exhibits and resources.
