Expanding Opportunities for High School Students
 
Mayor Bloomberg announces $24 million in private support for the expansion of secondary school initiatives, including a $18.8 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Together, these funds support the range of secondary school initiatives announced by the Mayor last month to ensure that New York City’s students graduate and are prepared for post-secondary education and work.
