Affordable Housing in Brooklyn
 
Mayor Bloomberg, United Jewish Organization of Williamsburg President Rabbi David Niederman, State Assembly Member Vito J. Lopez and State Assembly Member Joseph R. Lentol announce the first waterfront development of the Greenpoint-Williamsburg rezoning, Palmer’s Dock, which will contain 117 units of affordable housing. The Mayor also opened the opening of the $47 million Schaefer Landing, which has 140 units of low-income rental housing.
