Community Facilities Zoning
The City Council has approved an application filed by the Dept. of City Planning and the City Council Land Use Committee to amend the Zoning Resolution with regard to community facilities. The amendments will affect zoning regulations on a Citywide basis, and will result in changes to the use, bulk, and parking regulations for community facilities.
