Contacting the Leased Housing Department

The Leased Housing Department has resumed regular operations in the borough offices. Walk-in Centers are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are located at: 478 East Fordham Road (1 Fordham Plaza), 2nd Floor, Bronx, NY 787 Atlantic Avenue, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY 90-27 Sutphin Boulevard, 4th Floor, Jamaica, NY For questions please call the Customer Contact Center at 718-707-7771.

Landlord Extranet
The landlord extranet is now accessible.

Inspections
If your inspection was cancelled, or the inspector was unable to reach you due to travel constraints on Monday, October 29th and Tuesday, October 30th, the Leased Housing Department is working on rescheduling your inspection. Informal conferences that were scheduled for Monday and Tuesday will also be rescheduled.

Recertifications
If you have been displaced and cannot receive mail at your current address, you can still retrieve your AOI package, Voucher Change Notice, or any notice that NYCHA has prepared for completion of your recertification as follows:
1. Go to any of our walk in centers for a printout.
2. Call the CCC and provide an email address where your information can be sent.
Please provide a phone number where you can be reached so we can update our system.

Emergency Transfers
If you have been displaced from your Section 8 subsidized unit due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy, you may request and submit an emergency transfer form. Please note, you may need to provide documentation to confirm your displacement and NYCHA will review each request on a case by case basis. Please note that not all situations may be deemed an emergency.
