ASP regulations suspended for snow removal Wednesday, December 24 and on Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25
The New York City Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Department of Sanitation, today announced the suspension of Alternate Side Parking (ASP) regulations citywide to facilitate snow removal on Wednesday, December 24, 2008. However, parking meters will remain in effect throughout the City on that day.
ASP regulations also are suspended on Thursday, December 25, 2008, for the Christmas Day holiday. In accordance with the rules for major legal holidays, parking meters will not be in effect on Thursday.
ASP regulations will resume on Friday, December 26, 2008.
