"Made in NY" Marketing Credit

Description:
The "Made in NY" marketing credit can provide qualified productions with free co-branded advertising related to the "Made in NY" production, valued at 1% of NYC production costs. The co-branded advertising will promote both the production and the "Made in NY" program.

1.  The film and television production must complete 75% of its work in New York City (including all film production credit recipients).

Steps to Apply Online:

    Steps to Apply Offline:
    1.  Contact the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting (MOFTB) using the contact information below to kick off the application process.
    2.  Prove that 75% of the project was shot in NYC.
    3.  Upon validation by the Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting, the production must submit a below-the-line (including all production jobs other than Directors, Producers, Actors, and Writers) NYC production budget so that MOFTB may assess the marketing credit value.
    4.  Once the value is calculated, a co-branded campaign will be created by MOFTB in association with the studio/network which will distribute the final TV or film project.
    5.  Provide a "cultural credit" by donating .1% of the below-the-line budget to an NYC cultural institution. MOFTB will provide a list of cultural institutions around the City as identified by the Department of Cultural Affairs.
