This license is required for any business where five or more player-operated amusement devices are operated, in any combination. You may not operate an arcade or an amusement arcade without a license. For amusement park rides or (computer) gaming cafe establishments, inquire online or at the DCA Licensing Center for more information regarding other licenses that you will need. Please note that some arcade games may be considered Amusement Park Rides if patrons are carried or lifted by a mechanical device that is part of the game.

Applications must be filed in person at the DCA Licensing Center, located at the address below, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
