If registering by mail, completed and signed Registration Forms should be mailed to the address listed below, and must be postmarked by December 7, 2007. If the potential Competitor requires additional space for his or her Registration, he or she may attach additional pages clearly marked with his or her name at the top of each page.

On the Registration Form, Competitors are required to designate whether they will submit online or by mail. (Competitors completing Registration by mail may make Submissions online and are not required to make Submissions by mail.) If Online submission is selected, an e-mail address must be provided, and the Competitor will receive upload instructions and his or her Registration Number by e-mail, as well as a sample copy of the Agreement (see Conditions page for details).
If By Mail submission is selected, the Competitor will receive mailing submission instructions and his or her Registration Number by mail, as well as a sample copy of the Agreement (see Conditions section of the Competition Materials for details).
