	All potential Competitors must agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Competition Materials before entering this Competition. Registration opens on October 15, 2007. Potential Competitors may register online via the Registration page of the Competition website after this date. Otherwise, Potential Competitors may complete the hard copy Registration Form and submit it by mail. In order to make a Submission by mail, potential competitors must Register via the hard copy Registration Form. Registration closes on December 7, 2007.

	Online CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM Competitors will receive an e-mail confirmation of their Registration and their Registration number. Subsequently, detailed instructions for uploading Submissions will be distributed to the Competitors by e-mail as well as a sample copy of the Agreement (see Conditions page for details).

	By Mail If registering by mail, completed and signed Registration Forms should be mailed to the address listed below, and must be postmarked by December 7, 2007. If the potential Competitor requires additional space for his or her Registration, he or she may attach additional pages clearly marked with his or her name at the top of each page. (Competitors completing Registration by mail may make Submissions online and are not required to make Submissions by mail.) If Online submission is selected, an e-mail address must be provided, and the Competitor will receive upload instructions and his or her Registration Number by e-mail, as well as a sample copy of the Agreement (see Conditions page for details). If By Mail submission is selected, the Competitor will receive mailing submission instructions and his or her Registration Number by mail, as well as a sample copy of the Agreement (see Conditions section of the Competition Materials for details). You may request a hard-copy Registration Form by writing to the address above or you can download and print the Competition Materials and hard copy Registration Form from the Competition Website.
