Project Request instructions

WANY is now accepting project requests for conversation groups for our spring cohort: Jan 30^th-June 30^th.

If you would like to host a conversation group, please fill out the project request form below. We request that spring 2012 groups start no earlier than the week of January 30^th and end by June 30^th.

Partners are welcome to pick the day and time of their conversation groups—which will meet for two hours either once or twice a week for a total of 10 sessions.

The Project Name field can be left blank

In your Project Description, please list

• The day and time of your conversation group. (If your conversation group will be twice a week, please list both days.) e.g. Monday and Wednesday 2pm-4pm.
• The names of the volunteer(s) your organization will be sending to WANY trainings (please note: volunteers must register to attend trainings)
• Whether you are willing to allow adult immigrants who contact We Are New York in search of available WANY groups to attend the conversation group at your site.

The Number of registrants field can be left blank.

WANY staff will contact you shortly after your project request submission to confirm receipt.
