Transit Strike Has Ended

The Transit Worker’s Union has ended its strike. MTA employees have returned to work and the system is expected to be at or near full capacity by the morning's rush. The City's transit strike contingency plan has been discontinued and HOV restrictions have been eliminated. All public schools will open at normal time on Friday. Alternate side parking rules are back in effect. Taxi and livery car rules have been returned to normal.
