In order to be able to legally print and apply the new Taxicab Markings to licensed medallion taxicabs, you must print out two copies of the Memorandum of Understanding, a legal agreement between you and the TLC.  The agreement states that you are subject to applicable copyright and trademark laws, and that you must use the compact disc containing the Taxicab Markings for the sole purpose of providing markings to licensed medallion taxicabs.  You may wish to have your attorney review the agreement before you sign it.  Please sign both original copies, and forward them to NYC TLC, 40 Rector Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10006 to the attention of the Deputy Commissioner for Legal Affairs.  Upon execution of the agreement, the CD containing the markings will be made available to you.
