For your convenience, a list of closed summonses written to Drivers, For-Hire Vehicle (FHV) Bases and Vehicles for Street Hail Violations has been created. If a summons has been closed as not guilty it will not appear on these lists.
We have prepared this list to help you understand which licensees have been found guilty of violating our rules regarding illegal street hails. Base and Vehicle owners are strongly encouraged to speak directly to any vehicle licensee affiliated with their base or drivers who are operating the affiliated vehicles about these summonses as continued disregard for these rules could result in additional fines and actions that could affect the license.
