At this time, the TLC is not accepting any Appointment Requests for Street Hail (SHL) Base Endorsements, SHL Permits or any related SHL transaction.

In response to a lawsuit filed by a taxi medallion fleet owners organization, the New York State Supreme Court has ruled against the TLC’s efforts to implement a Boro Taxi system.  The City has filed an appeal that will be heard in the New York State Court of Appeals.
