For your convenience, a list of points given to For-Hire Vehicle (FHV) bases and vehicles for Active TLC Licensees has been created. The data in the files listed below was last updated on Fri May 17, 2013 at 03:13 PM.

A penalty point is a point you get as a FHV base or vehicle owner after you are convicted of certain violations. Base licensees may be revoked if a base gets six (6) points during the three (3) year period of a license. Vehicle licenses can be revoked if the vehicle gets four (4) points during the two (2) year period of its license. When your base or vehicle license is renewed, you start your license at zero (0) again for the new license period.

NOTE: Points will be applied to summonses issued on or after August 1, 2009.
