This service is provided by the TLC in conjunction with its Rules, which permit for-hire vehicle (FHV) and paratransit bases, and commuter van authorities, to notify the TLC at any time when a vehicle, previously affiliated with that base or authority, is no longer affiliated with that base or authority. This notification is a defense to any liability that the base or authority owner may incur for damages to persons or property caused by such vehicle subsequent to such notification.
Instructions: To use this service, you must be an owner, partner or officer of record of a TLC-licensed FHV or paratransit base, or commuter van authority, or his/her designee. In order to notify the TLC that a vehicle previously affiliated with your base or authority is no longer affiliated, please select one of the following below:
