The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) no longer conducts hearings on Notices of Violation that are issued by (TLC).  All hearings are now conducted by the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH), which is an independent administrative court.  The Taxi and Limousine Tribunal, a division of OATH, provides information on the hearing process and procedures for tickets that are issued by TLC.  Please visit www.nyc.gov/oath
